Nose: Honey, caramel, peach, funky grain, heather, and butterscotch.
Taste: Cinnamon spice, black pepper, rye, oak, vanilla, and cedar
Finish: Warm, with more pepper spice and bits of caramel.
Thoughts: Tastes a little younger than expected, with some strange notes, but not awful. I want to like this more than I do, as it gets a lot of love, but I guess I prefer the white label.
