Nose: Apples, pineapple and pears, vanilla, gentle oak, with an ever so slight sherry influence.
Taste: Strawberry, dried fruit, caramel, and even more sherry taste now.
Finish: Green Tea, honey, and Japanese Oak. Quick and gentle.
Thoughts: More of the fruit, and vanilla pops in compared to the NAS version, which greatly improves the flavor. While keeping the same profile the much bolder flavors greatly improve the drink.
