I see a lot of everyday folks rave about basil, how easy it is to drink. How good and smooth it is. I enjoy the Old Grand-dad offerings which are of a similar mash bill, so how does Beam’s Fancy tubed offering stack up in compared to its budget granddaddy?

Taste: The most watery mouthfeel I have ever encountered in a bourbon. Oak, vanilla, caramel with metallic undertones.
Finish: Almost non-existent, metallic and very slight vanilla with a touch of rye.
Thoughts: Can I have some bourbon with my water?
