Nose: Salted caramel, sea spray, lemon, zest, vanilla oak, with a touch of heather.
Taste: Very salty with honey, toffee, and coffee notes. Young oak and barley sugar and a hint of mint.
Finish: Medium length and warmth with vanilla, ginger, and pepper.
Thoughts: I was Surprised how different from the Scottish Barley this was, but was of very similar quality.
