Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.
Nose: Dill, cinnamon, rye, caramel, oak, and leather
Mouthfeel: Wet and luscious.
Palate/Taste: Cinnamon, grape, raisin, clove, caramel, vanilla, citrus, tobacco, sandalwood, oak, and pepper.
Finish: Warm and medium length. Notes of mint, port wine, and vanilla with rye spices.
Thoughts: The palate is an absolute flavor bomb. I enjoyed this, but think that a bit higher proof with more dryness would bump my score up a few more points.
