Nose: Corn grain, leather, yeast, wet wood, vanilla, and caramel.
Mouthfeel: Lighter and intermediate
Palate/Taste: Sweet corn, cinnamon, pepper, and honey notes.
Finish: Quick, medium warmth with corn, caramel, and oak.
Thoughts: There is a very strong corn flavor in this to my palate, and doesn’t compete very well with some of the other bottled in bonds in the same bracket.
