Mashbill: 63% Corn, 27% Rye, 10% Malted Barley

Aged For: Minimum 4 years

Cask Type: New charred oak, Char #4



Color: Polished copper

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Butterscotch, dark chocolate, vanilla, raw corn grain.

Mouthfeel: Intermediate

Palate/Taste: Caramel, oak, vanilla, pepper, and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium warmth and slightly short with oak and vanilla chai notes.

Thoughts: Another winner for the around $20 market. The nose was very unique to me.
