Nose: Sharp grains, rye spice, vanilla, slight oak, pepper, herbs, and wood varnish.
Feel: Medium body
Taste: Rye and herbs with a pinch of dill, caramel maple drizzle, vanilla, and oak
Finish: Slight clove and pepper, with a hint of anise and cured tobacco. Medium warmth and length.
Thoughts: I pegged this as a rye blind, and it’s not quite like anything I have tried. That said, it’s pretty decent.
