Mashbill: 78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley

Aged For: NAS

Cask Type: New charred oak, Char #3



Color: Tawny

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Young corn mash, bits of black pepper and clove

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied

Palate/Taste: Brown sugar and vanilla with youthful mash. Cinnamon and oak.

Finish: Even more simple with caramel and oak being the only standouts, medium length and warmth.

Thoughts: Not good or bad, but for $15 it’s a decent bourbon.
