Mashbill: 75% Corn, 20% Wheat, 5% Malted Barley

Aged For: NAS

Cask Type: New charred oak, Char #3



Color: Light Copper

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Cracked wheat, floral, honey, vanilla, and a bit of sawdust.

Mouthfeel: Soft

Palate/Taste: Oak and a bit of white pepper, lots of honey and floral taste, slightly bitter aftertaste.

Finish: Medium length, milk chocolate and wood shavings with a hint of cinnamon

Thoughts: I usually enjoy most cheaper bottled in bonds, but this one was just average to me.
