Color: Clear copper

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn

Nose: Banana cream, vanilla, young wood, corn meal, and alcohol

Feel: Thin bodied

Taste: Sour corn mash, oak, pepper, and vanilla, very straighforward

Finish: Medium, hint of cinnamon and baking spice with sweet vanilla sugar

Thoughts: A bit disappointing, I’m sure the removal of the age statement has really hurt this one.
