Color: Burnt Amber
Drank: Neat, in a glencairn
Nose: Vanilla, cane sugar, toasted marshmallow, corn meal, and oak
Feel: Watery, light bodied
Taste: Vanilla, cinnamon, white chocolate, fresh oak
Finish: Light to medium finish, lingering frosting and brown sugar, with a hint of marzipan.
Thoughts: Some nice sweet aromatics, and easy sipping. A bit too weak to give it a solid recommendation from myself. There is very little to no info on the actual contents of the bottle outside of the fact that it is Canadian whisky.
Score: 78 out of 100
