Nose: Oak, baking spice, floral, earthy, chocolate
Feel: Dry, light-medium body
Taste: Cocoa powder, oak, clove, vanilla, leather, and floral
Finish: Leathery oak, and tobacco with earthy floral aftertaste. Slight warmth and medium-short in length.
Thoughts: Not sure what I was expecting, but this wasn’t it. Unique to me as far as turkey profiles go, but I would love to try the decades to compare.
