55.3% ABV
Aged For: 11 Years
Mashbill: Undisclosed

Chill Filtered: No?
Color: Light brown
Drank: Neat, in a glencairn
Nose: Gentle rye notes, herbal spices, mint, oak, pepper. Pine, vanilla and caramel.
Feel: Medium body
Taste: Very sweet on the palate, bit of fruit spice with cinnamon, dill, and eucalyptus
Finish: Drier than the body, medium length with a good warmth. Pepper, oak, rye, cedar, and pine
Thoughts: A nice sweet rye that I’d keep around if it was around $80 or so, but at $120 and above its just not performing at that bracket.
Score: 85 out of 100
