Palate/Taste: Fruity (Think berries and grapes), with cinnamon, clove, brown sugar, caramel, and leather
Finish: Medium length, gentle warmth, oak, brown sugar, clove, and slight pepper
Thoughts: It’s amazing what some extra time in a good cask will do for the normally lackluster (To my palate) AP.
