Nose: Vanilla, honey, sweet corn, wheat bread, oak, youngish, alcohol

Feel: Medium body

Taste: Vanilla, oak, pepper, honey, corn mash, butter

Finish: Medium length and warmth, oaky vanilla, baked bread, and supple

Thoughts: This is a very one note bourbon, the note being vanilla. There’s nothing this does wrong, but nothing to make it stand out either.
