Palate/Taste: Fruity, then a more traditional bourbon palate takes over. Leather, pepper, latte, mocha, butter, cherry
Finish: Warm and medium length, butter, cream, tea, sherry, oak, and pie crust
Thoughts: I liked the alternating plate from fruity to a more traditional whisky flavor. I think that being older would have really made it amazing, but it is still good as is.
