Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Sherry, citrus, dried fruit, grapefruit, dry grass, malt, and nuts

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied

Palate/Taste: Sour caramel, chocolate, sherry, pepper, oak , almond, orange peel

Finish: Light warmth, medium length, ginger, citrus, dry sherry, bitter chocolate, with a touch of musty oak

Thoughts: It’s not an awful dram, until you look at the price tag and realize you can buy 3 bottles of superior (In my opinion) Glengoyne for the same price. Not a fan of the sour sort of bitter notes that came and went putting this into the 70’s for me.
