Nose: Plum, cherry, old oak, saw dust, caramel, coffee, and a pinch of salt
Mouthfeel: Medium body. drying
Palate/Taste: Sherried scotch, raisins, citrus, pepper, oak, and cherry
Finish: Warm, medium length, slightly drying, tannins, leather, ginger, oak.
Thoughts: This one reminded me a lot of an old sherried scotch, a nice combination of fruit and tannins.
