Color: Copper (huh, funny that)

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Apple pie, brown sugar, oak, dried citrus, raisins, alcohol notes, toffee

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied, but rich

Palate/Taste: Sweet dates, prunes, dry sherry, apple butter, molasses, oak

Finish: Medium warmth and length, dried fruits, apples, and milk chocolate with nuts

Thoughts: A well done American apple brandy that has a good combination of mouthfeel, finish and flavor. The apple notes are pleasant and take well to the bourbon and sherry cask aging.
