Color: Golden

Drank: Neat, in a glencairn.

Nose: Honey, pie crust, slightly floral, sugar, and very malt forward

Mouthfeel: Medium body

Palate/Taste: Minerally, malty, pastry crust, ginger, and honey

Finish: Light to medium warmth and shorter in length, salt and yeast, oak, and a touch of vanilla

Thoughts: If you like your scotch to have a heavy malt profile, this is for you, lots of honey here as well. Finish was a little disappointing however.

Feel: Medium body

Taste: Vanilla, caramel, honey, pepper, oak, young malt, slight bitterness

Finish: Medium warmth and length, heather, honey, vanilla, oak, sugar

Thoughts: Lots of vanilla and oak with a sugary profile, but it cant mask the youth of the malt. Better than many blends, but nothing to amazing.
