Feel: Medium bodied

Taste: Vanilla, toffee, apple, cinnamon, nuts, malt, cream, sherry

Finish: Medium warmth and length, caramel, sherry, cream, nuts, apple

Thoughts: This is a caramel/toffee, apple cinnamon bomb with sherry influences, I think I’ll save most of this for fall as it seems perfect for that season!

Nose: Dry sherry, ginger, caramel, rich fruit, citrus, raisins

Mouthfeel: Silky

Palate/Taste: Dried fruits, and honey with toffee and fresh mint

Finish: Warm and lasting, fruit and ginger with hints of vanilla

Thoughts: There was a lot of fresh fruit with this one, and it’s probably one of the best sherry bombs I’ve had in awhile.
